8. Delivery Terms
Once collected by the carrier, an order cannot be cancelled.
· If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery will be attempted. Additional charges may apply and will be billed accordingly.
· Customers must ensure someone is present to receive and inspect the goods upon delivery.
· It is your responsibility to check all items and report any visible damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.

Due to hygiene considerations, beds and mattresses are sealed in transparent packaging. If the seal is broken, the item will be deemed used and non-returnable, except where it is faulty or not as described.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the condition of items intended for return. Items must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage in transit. If no product fault exists, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item, subject to inspection.
