· We accept returns under the following conditions:

· You receive the wrong product (e.g., incorrect model, size, colour).
· The item does not match the description or specifications stated at the time of purchase.
· If your reason for return falls outside these categories, please contact us directly—we’ll do our best to assist you.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
· Original Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, ready for collection.
· Disqualified Items: Used, modified, or damaged products will not be accepted.
· Assembly Products: Items that were self-assembled must be fully disassembled and securely repacked in their original packaging before return.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
We allow changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period:
· If your product has already entered manufacturing (usually within 5 working days), cancellation may no longer be possible.
· If you still wish to cancel after production begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 40% of your total payment.
· We will provide proof that your product has been manufactured before applying this partial refund.
4. Hygiene Policy – Mattresses & Related Items
Due to health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on mattresses, divans, or mattress protectors once the packaging has been opened or if the item has been used. Please ensure you select the right product before making a purchase.
5. Return Collection & Inspection Process
· Once your return is approved, we will arrange collection at a time that suits you.
· After collection, all returned items will be inspected to confirm they meet our return criteria.
· If the item passes inspection, your refund (including any applicable delivery charges) will be issued within 5 working days.
6. Important Considerations
· Accessibility: Please ensure that all items—especially large furniture pieces like headboards—can fit into your space. We offer a split headboard option to assist with tight staircases or small doorways.
· Customer Support First: If you encounter any issues related to product quality, dimensions, or colour, we encourage you to contact us directly for a resolution.
· Chargeback Notice: Filing a chargeback without contacting us first goes against our policy. As a small business, chargebacks significantly impact our operations. Please give us the opportunity to resolve any concerns before taking this step.
