1. Delivery Timeframe
· Standard Delivery: Orders for beds and mattresses are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.
· Sofas: Due to their size and manufacturing time, sofa orders usually take 14 to 20 business days to arrive.
· Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as stock availability, customisation requests, and shipping delays beyond our control.
2. Shipping Methods
· Carrier Selection: We partner with reputable, experienced carriers who specialise in handling furniture items with care.
· Two-Person Delivery Service: All deliveries will be carried out by a two-person team to ensure safe handling, setup assistance if required, and to minimise damage risk during transport.
· The choice of carrier depends on product size, weight, and destination, ensuring the best possible service for your order.
3. Shipping Charges
· We are pleased to offer free premium insured delivery on all orders, providing you peace of mind that your items are protected during transit at no additional cost.
· Insurance covers loss or damage during shipping, allowing for quick resolution should any issues arise.
4. Shipping Restrictions
· Geographic Coverage: Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
· P.O. Box Addresses: Due to the size and delivery requirements of our products, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical delivery address during checkout to ensure successful delivery.
5. Delivery Process
· Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email summarising your purchase details.
· Manufacturing: We will begin production promptly after your order is confirmed. Any requested changes to your order must be communicated within 24 hours of purchase to be accommodated.
· Scheduling Delivery: Once your item is ready, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time slot. While we strive to accommodate specific timing requests, some flexibility may be required.
· Delivery Notification: On the day of delivery, our team will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival to ensure someone is available to receive the order.
· Failed Delivery: If no one is available to accept the delivery, the carrier may leave a notification card or contact you to arrange redelivery or collection.
· Signature Requirement: Certain deliveries may require a signature upon receipt to verify successful handover. If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, please follow the carrier’s instructions for rescheduling or collection.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Change Requests: If you need to update your shipping address or other order details, please notify us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, changes may not be possible as the order enters the manufacturing process.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be accepted before manufacturing begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of our products.
